The promise:

• 3 USB-C ports in the front
• 1 USB-A port in the front and 2 in the back
• Extra HDMI port
• 3.5mm speaker port in the back
• Cute status screen

What actually works:

• Cute status screen
• USB-A ports
• 3.5mm speaker port in the back, unless you reboot without unplugging the dock first

So, why not return it or contact them for a replacement? The other thing that doesn’t work is RayCue’s customer support. Email, chat… doesn’t matter. No response.
